At our core there is connection. Elevate Life sprung from the lifelong friendship of Nicole and Sandra, a connection that has continued to thrive in midlife. Nicole and Sandra see themselves as Professional Seekers, Nicole as a wellness facilitator and Sandra as a practitioner. Their friendship has spanned oceans and mountains to create an inner balance that, they believe, is where the magic happens.
For designer and facilitator Nicole Rassmuson, work and life have always been defined by one thing: travel. Since growing up surrounded by strong Swiss-German, Swedish, and Argentinian role models, Nicole’s eye for design is a cultivation of cultures and an amalgamation of creative influences. Though her primary discipline is visual communications, Nicole defines herself as a strategic thinker specializing in creating space for clients and communities to feel loved, heard and seen. Throughout her design career, Nicole has worked in London, New York, Hong Kong, and Stockholm before landing in Santa Fe, New Mexico. For thirty years, she has worked closely with clients across the globe to uncover the unique brand DNA for her client, and communicate their true mission with beauty and ease. For 16 years, she has dedicated much of her time to working at a local level, using her designs to promote positive change in the community she calls home. Nicole has worked on teams with the City of Economic development and Tourism and has a firm belief that we are a stronger community as a collective. Since the age of 23, Nicole has been a role model of self care. She found her yoga practice early in life, and has continued her wellness journey through raising a family and growing her career. In 2017, in the face of a threatening health scare, she began down a path of intensive care and healing. Ever since, she had nurtured her confidence as a facilitator in sharing wellness opportunities and connecting to others in their self care journey.
Sandra Jamali’s professional career, global travels and life experiences have provided a powerful cultural lens through which to explore the interconnections of mind, body and soul. Her passion and belief that engaging in travel in a deeper, more intentional way, has the power to transform lives. Travel and cultural immersion were ingrained in her lifestyle. Born in Greenwich, CT a bi-cultural upbringing in South America and the US. Growing up with a diverse selection of international friends made for fun and adventurous vacations throughout Europe. Professional life began with O&M Latin America and was filled with agency experiences in advertising and marketing all over the US. Account management led to VP of Operations for Omnicom agency. Corporate life pushed her to search deeper to find life/work balance. Moving to Charleston started her transformational journey to a health and wellness lifestyle. Becoming a franchise owner of a children’s wellness center was a way of giving back to the community. Her path to wellness began with a dedicated yoga practice, energy healing, and her life’s purpose to guide others. Experiences that have led her to inspire community through heart-centered travel experiences with the customer at the center of the journey. She has been in the travel industry since 2019 and is an expert in Transformational Travel and Wellness Travel and wants to share her knowledge with you. Start the journey!
